BAR / BAT MITZVAH TWINNING PROGRAM
A SIMCHA WITH PURPOSE
A meaningful connection for Australian families to celebrate a Simcha by twinning their Bar/Bat Mitzvah with a child in Israel who may otherwise miss this important Jewish milestone.
As little as $180
Helps WIZO provide religious gifts to a Bar or Bat Mitzvah child in Israel.
As much as $1,000
Fully supports a child’s participation in the program, including classes, volunteer activities, ceremony, simcha, Jerusalem outing and religious gifts.
Children Who Need Support
Participants come from disadvantaged families affected by poverty, family crisis, bereavement or single-parent hardship. Some children are from immigrant families, including from Russia, Ethiopia and other communities.
